The B2B Sales Stakeholders came to the UX team with the ask, to help their small team increase customer service and self service efficiency. We discovered the B2C CMS does not support the B2B site and its users, therefore the UX team needed to build out an Assisted Sales Module to allow a small team with other tasks to quickly assist users buying multiple pallets of items. As UX lead for the B2B team, I took stakeholder requirements and worked with a project manager to test low fidelity comps, design high fidelity comps, and create a marketing strategy to promote adoption of the new features.
